On March 22, NYSAHA issued the following statement:

“Based on New York State Governmental directives, until further notice, all USA Hockey and NYSAHA sanctioned events are postponed, including but no limited to the NYSAHA Annual Meeting and Section Meetings, tryouts, clinics, and on-ice and off-ice activities for the 2019-2020 and 2020-21 seasons. USA Hockey has authorized its Affiliates, including NYSAHA, to alter tryout dates based on local Governmental directives and other requirements. NYSAHA will notify the membership of when tryouts and other sanctioned events may be scheduled.”

The Bison Hockey organization will continue to monitor the situation and stay in contact with NYSAHA. We will forward information to our families as it becomes available, but at this time all events, including tryouts, are postponed until further notice.

Spring/Summer Programming: We are currently in discussions about the opportunities for spring and summer programming. All Spring Clinics have been put on hold and we are working on a new schedule.

We will be making further announcements about spring and summer clinics/camps once we know more information. There will be many offerings available to hockey players in Western New York. We will make every effort to keep our families informed.
